(United States deliveries) In the event we are out of stock and cannot ship an item within 30 days, you will be notified of the expected shipping date. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order. Shipping Information - United States Standard deliveries are sent via United Parcel Ground Service or First Class Mail. Guarantee We appreciate your purchase from Sylmar Displays. If you are not satisfied with your order, return your purchase in new condition within 30 days of invoice for a prompt refund or exchange. Returns For retail returns, return the item to us in new condition within 30 days of date of invoice for a full refund of your merchandise total. For wholesale returns, call for a return authorization within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all wholesale returns. Damaged Merchandise If your order is damaged in shipping, contact the carrier at one for an inspection. Retain all packing material. Carrier is responsible for damage in transit.
